Thanksgiving Food Drive

This November, Genesis teamed up with our incredible patient community to make a meaningful difference for families in need across South Dakota. During our Thanksgiving Food Drive, we set out to gather as many donations as possible to benefit local food pantries—and the results were nothing short of extraordinary.

In just 10 days, our patients and team members helped collect over 1,000 pounds of food across all nine of our dispensaries. This remarkable achievement showcased the power of community and compassion, especially during the holiday season. Every canned good, boxed meal, and pantry staple donated represented a shared commitment to ensuring that no family went hungry.

Feeding South Dakota, along with several other local food pantries, received these generous contributions, which helped provide meals to countless individuals and families during the holidays and beyond. These organizations work tirelessly to combat food insecurity in our state, and we are honored to support their mission.
